Nightly rate for two persons per room is $100 plus tax. Single occupancy rate is $90 per night plus tax. Discount for weekly accommodations. The Spruce Cottage B&B accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. Cancellation- (Reservations) A deposit of one night's lodging, including tax is required at the time the reservation is made. To receive a full refund of your deposit, notification must be received by NOON 7 days BEFORE the reservation. |

Smoking is restricted to outside the B&B only. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate small children (there is a open running creek). No pets please.
DIRECTIONS
Spruce Cottages Bed and Breakfast is between
Stagecoach and Upper Bear Creek in Evergreen, Colorado. From I-70 take the
Evergreen Parkway about seven miles to Stagecoach Blvd. and turn right
(there is a light and a Albertson's grocery store where you turn). Go 4.2
miles down Stagecoach Blvd. to Witter Gulch Rd. (Stop sign), turn left and
go .2 miles - we're on the right hand side.
